General

Unfortunately, as a consumer, it is not possible to buy our products directly from us. As a wholesaler, we specifically focus on supplying beauty specialists, skin therapists, and wellness centers. If you are interested in purchasing Nouvital Cosmetics products, we recommend visiting our ‘Find a Nouvital Professional’ page. Here you can easily find a professional who offers our products. Follow this link to go to the overview.

To access our online shop, you can register through our registration page. Here, you enter your salon details and your contact information. After submitting your registration request, we manually review your account before granting you access to our online shop. We aim to respond to your request within 48 hours. Once your account is approved, you can log in with the details you provided during registration. Click here to register your beauty salon.

Even if your beauty salon is located abroad, you can still purchase our products. Simply send us a message at info@nouvital-cosmetics.nl to submit your purchase request.

You have the option to purchase Nouvital Cosmetics products in person at our showroom in Rotterdam. We welcome you from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please note, our showroom is closed on national holidays and weekends.

We offer free samples with orders over €75. The number of samples we include depends on the size of your order and is determined according to a fixed scale. When selecting the samples, we ensure they match the products in your order. Additionally, you have the option to purchase extra samples with your order.

To add extra products to an ongoing order, we ask you to contact us by email or phone before 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any changes after 12:00 PM, as the order will already be in the processing stage by then.

It is absolutely possible to purchase products from us while you are still studying to become a beautician or skin therapist. You can easily create an account with us. When filling out your details in the registration form, indicate that you are currently a student. Then attach a copy of your enrollment certificate. This way, you can immediately benefit from our high-quality products, even during your training.

Our volume discount is automatically applied when you purchase multiple identical sales products.

  • When you buy 5 identical sales products, you receive a 10% discount
  • When you buy 10 identical sales products, you receive a 15% discount

The discount only applies when it is exactly the same product and is directly deducted in your shopping cart.

Products

We do not test our products on animals. We believe it is important to create ethically responsible products that are safe for both people and animals. Our products are therefore cruelty-free. If you have any further questions about our products or our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

None of the day and 24-hour creams from Nouvital Cosmetics contain SPF. This is because the effectiveness of SPF lasts only up to two hours after application, meaning your skin is no longer protected against UV rays around the sunniest time of day. At Nouvital Cosmetics, we have therefore chosen an alternative approach: we have added a special grape stem cell to all our day and 24-hour creams. This unique stem cell provides protection at the cellular level against the harmful effects of UV rays, prevents UV stress in skin cells, and slows photo-aging (the accelerated aging process caused by sunlight). For extra protection on sunny days, we recommend using our Sun Care SPF 30, which is specifically designed to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

We use hypoallergenic fragrance in our products. Hypoallergenic means that the scent is free from common allergens that can irritate the skin or cause allergic reactions. Unsure if you are allergic to fragrance? First, perform a patch test with one of our products. This can be done on a discreet spot on the neck or the inside of the arm. An allergic reaction will be visible on the skin within 48 hours.

All products from Nouvital Cosmetics are carefully produced and developed in our own production center in Rotterdam. This location houses both an advanced factory and a laboratory.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

On the day we ship your order, we will send you the corresponding invoice. The necessary payment information can be found at the bottom of this invoice. In the same email, you will also find a convenient payment link that allows you to easily settle your invoice. Please note that the payment term is 30 days. Note: it is not possible to pay multiple invoices with a single bank transfer.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are prepared for shipment the same day. For orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday and during the weekend, processing begins on Monday. Our goal is to deliver within one business day in the Netherlands and within two business days for destinations in Belgium.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €150 (excl. VAT) within the Netherlands. For orders under €150, the shipping costs are €8 (excl. VAT) in the Netherlands and €12 (excl. VAT) in Belgium.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from DHL with the tracking code to follow your package. On the delivery date, DHL will send another email with the specific time window during which your package will be delivered. For real-time updates and a seamless delivery experience, we recommend downloading the DHL app. This allows you to easily see when your package will be delivered.

If your order has not arrived in full, we kindly ask you to contact us within 5 working days. You can do this via info@nouvital-cosmetics.nl or by calling 010-4626609. As soon as we receive your notification, we will do everything possible to correct any errors as quickly as possible.
