Clean the skin and hair with the Make Up Remover. 1|Apply Skin Protection Cream around the eyebrows and/or place the RefectoCil Silicone Pads under the eyes. 2|Mix 1 cm of the chosen color with 5 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3%. 3|Leave the color on for 10 minutes for optimal results. 4|Remove the color with damp cotton pads. 5|Remove any color residue from the skin with the RefectoCil Tint Remover. 6|Care for the lashes and eyebrows with the RefectoCil Styling Ge
